2. Electrophoretic coating: If the electrophoretic coating is not strictly operated in accordance with the requirements of each process, such as excessive baking time, contaminated bath liquid, unqualified components of the bath liquid, etc., it will cause the surface of the aluminum profile to be rough. , Foaming, pinholes or shrinkage, paint spots, flow marks, low gloss, uneven surface paint film, cracks and other surface defects.

3. Powder coating: if the quality of the raw materials is poor, dust or impurities will be mixed into the surface of the profile; compressed air is not clean, and the contamination of oil or water will cause defects on the surface of the aluminum profile. Irrational matching will affect the physical properties and chemical resistance of aluminum profile products such as hardness, impact resistance, and bending resistance; it will also cause the appearance of the profile surface to be powderless and yellowish.
